About Us - Paul Davidson |

Paul Davidson is co-owner of Benchmark Appraisal Services, Inc. and
is a licensed residential appraiser. Paul has over 13 years of
appraisal experience in the Las Vegas area and surrounding
communities. His experience includes existing homes, multi family
dwellings, new construction, custom and unique homes, vacant land,
subdivided lots and 1-4 family investment property. He graduated
from California State University in Sacramento, California with a
Bachelor of Arts degree. Prior to becoming an appraiser, he was a
licensed real estate agent in Nevada for five years. He is currently
involved in other real estate activities such as land speculation,
single family home development and construction, distressed home
renovation, investment dwellings and land subdivision. Paul and his
wife Cheryl currently reside with their children in a suburb
approximately 8 miles west of the Las Vegas strip.
