Benchmark Appraisal Services, Inc was created by Harry Schmalz and
Paul Davidson in 2001. Although the company is fairly young, Harry
and Paul have over 28 years of appraisal experience in the Las Vegas
area and its surrounding communities. They were previously partners
in a long standing firm until urged at the requests of their
clientele to begin their own company and be able to provide superior
service. Since inception, Benchmark Appraisal has nearly tripled in
size and now employs 6 licensed/certified appraisers and two full
time staff members to attend to all client needs. With over 50 years
of combined experience, Benchmark Appraisal has earned a solid
reputation for fast, reliable, ethical and accurate appraisal
service.
Benchmark Appraisal is dedicated to providing good, quality service
and assisting its clients in becoming successful business
associates. Maximum effort is made to ensure that their clients
receive appraisals in a timely and accurate fashion., and to inform
clients of and existing or potential problems that may exist in the
appraisal process. Benchmark believes that it clients are their
partners and strives for long standing, successful relationships.
Benchmarks scope of work includes existing homes, new home
construction, 2-4 multi-family dwellings, raw land, subdivided lots,
condominiums and conversion, custom and unique homes and appraiser
construction management. Benchmark provides Real Estate appraisal in
the following Clark County areas: Las Vegas, Boulder City,
Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Green Valley, Southern
Highlands, Green Valley Ranch, Centennial Hills, Mountains Edge,
Anthem, Paradise Valley, and Sunrise Mountain. Benchmark is
currently in works to expand its services to the outlying areas of
Clark County, and into Nye County. In the event Benchmark is unable
to service your location, a referral will gladly be given to achieve
your desired results.
